Christmas 2009 Guangxi China

Gordon Andreassend experiencing a Chinese Christmas.
A Xmas picture taken during our recent tour ,I think this was taken on
Boxing Day. They take quite a bit of interest in the PRC now
about Xmas - it's commercially profitable I guess.
The intention is good but the English fails them at times.
I thought that Santa's suggestion to 'Marry' was not a bad idea -
but Mrs A was not in favour !
All the best -
Gordon.

Photo Album 1  Ref Alan's images -
There is one at 103 where he has merged a  picture of a black cat into
the image of the mountain. Most appropriate - as the mountain is
called Cat Mountain - and you can see the likeness.
Our trip up to the summit of that mountain was for most on the trip the
highlight of our tour.
At 2,141 m it is the highest mountain in Southern China. However, the
bus took us to 2,000m, where we had a very good lunch - then we
strolled on the top of the mountain !
It was cold - but the weather obliged with a sunny day - and beautiful
blue skies.

Another collection of photos from our China tour. Szeto is a good
photographer with a really top of the range Nikon. Because of him,
and several others - with better camera then mine - I tend to take
fewer shots on these trips.
A lot of shots here on Picasa - click on the mountain image to
access them. Happy viewing.
