The beginnings of the Andreassend family

The 3rd of January 1900 marks the beginning of the Andreassend Family in New Zealand. The spelling of the surname with the addition of the D on the end has several theories as to its origins, whatever the reason it seems to be unique in the world making it very easy to identify family members.
Albert`s father was born Andreas Darius Dannielsen 1840-1929, Norwegian custom of the time used Patronymics, so Albert`s surname became Andreassen, As in Andreas sen(son).
This was changed shortly after and his six half brothers and sisters were Dannielsen, shortened eventually to Danielsen.
