Our Wedding Day

August 16th 1952 at 1.30pm Chalmers Church, Timaru
Breakfast at West End Hall

Officiating Minister Rev Farr B.A

Lorna Tregenza
Chief Bridesmaid in mauve taffeta.
Marie Barron( sister) Bridesmaid in teal taffeta.
Both bridemaids wore gathered juliet caps & gathered
muffs with sprays of Daphne.


John Buchanan Bestman Jim McDonald Groomsman.
Both wore navy suits light grey ties & freezias in buttonholes.

Dorothy`s bouquet was of white freezias & camelias.
The headgear was composed of juliet cap with pearls
& pearls in the front.

The frock of white slipper satin had heartshape neckline
long pointed sleeves, very long train with pleated net
around neckline & train.


Uncle Jack Robb gave Dorothy away.
He & Jim had a buttonholes of white freezias.


The weather was sunny but windy
